Pros

Remote working or hot desking, benefits that you choose up to 10% of your wage (gym, healthcare, opticians, parking etc), amazing incentive trips, the most incredible people to work with, lunch clubs, VIP events, competitive salary, sponsored academic progression, true autonomy over your working day - the list goes on and on! Finally a company that means I can work my job around my life, not the other way around.

Cons

It would be nice to see more people in the office more often but we do all get together once a month at the monthly reviews.
