Pros

The best company hands down to be involved with! The flexibility and mature environment took some getting used to after corporate environments and micro management from previous companies. When they say it’s flexible it really it is. Everyone is high performing which is infectious. Deliver results and you are at your own liberty to do as you want. Was always forced to go into the office at previous roles but here I want to be there! If you really want to feel like you run your own business, manage your own time, have actual work-life balance then this the place!

Amazing there isn’t any! - I feel like I run my own company that fits around me.

- Have only been in the business two months and have already made two placements $$$$ -No micromanagement, my manager is trusting and leaves me to get on with it whilst offering me unwavering support to get my deals over the line - Working with some fantastic clients, on some really interesting Space projects. Clients are very invested in Evona and we have brilliant buy in making it smoother to place candidates -Weekly training sessions, delivered by all levels of seniority across the business - So much flexibility with working hours and working from home because it is US Recruitment. I do 11AM-7PM OR 12PM - 8PM depending on workload! -Great involvement from the Co-Founders who also get stuck in with the recruitment -Great commission structure and incentives - holidays, lunch clubs!
