Pay is competitive and benefits are decent.

Cons

All the negative reviews from 2025 are accurate based on my experience at the company. The organization is incredibly toxic and abusive, the problems start at the CEO and COO then trickle down throughout the organization. A quick Google search of the company name + lawsuit also reinforces what the reviews here are saying.

Cons

Bad benefits and PTO. Terrible maternity leave, and an awful product. Management is absolutely toxic. Instead of trying to fix issues, they point the blame at others. Management can't help with internal roadblocks, because they are the internal roadblock! New management came in late 2024/early 2025, and instead of trying to fix a broken company, they made it into a more toxic and fearful environment. They give you empty promises and blow smoke to make themselves look good. They are nothing more than used care salesmen!
