Pros

The company is in a phase of rapid-growth. After some much-needed changes to management, great appointments have been made to the executive team and the company is on an upward trajectory. There's a lot of work to be done as the company scales, but management is taking steps to reward team members who are committed to the future of the company. EVPassport presents a unique opportunity for individuals to make meaningful contributions to an organization with a bright future. The culture has shifted to one of professionalism, mutual respect, and hard work.

Cons

As with any private-equity backed portfolio company, there is pressure to perform. However, that pressure if somewhat offset by the fact that the executive team is in the trenches with the rest of the company doing all they can to build a successful brand. Hard work and commitment is the minimum expectation, but it is rewarded.
