Toxic culture based on fear

- Currently, nothing worth mentioning except the free coffee available in the office.

Cons

- Most toxic leadership I've ever encountered - Culture of fear - disagree and you're out the door. Literally one of the leaderships said "We're gone rule by fear" - They treat people like disposable machines - your role changes overnight, then you're fired - Two-faced feedback - "Great job!" on Monday, pink slip on Tuesday - They promised for perks/benefits that never arrived, including bonus and stock options

The company is growing and is an exciting landscape for people that like change and work that has and impact.

Cons

There is a 4 day in off policy that if you like collaborating and being around smart people is great. But if you like being remote than that could be a challenge.

Leadership is very lacking, management sent us to overwork all the time and none of the promises by upper management was fulfilled in my time at the company
