Cons

India Team: Brutal work hours: Scheduled 12pm-10pm but regularly work until 2-3am, especially during quarter-end No real work-life balance: Despite CFO saying "don't work weekends," VPs push weekend work anyway Leadership disconnect: Management sends mixed messages about workload expectations Unsustainable for UK timing teams: Extended late-night hours are particularly exhausting Quarter-end chaos: Already long days stretch into 15-17 hour shifts routinely

No proper planning for hiring

Good and working environment and good people around

Cons

They just hired me without planing and not gave any assignment for 6 month. Multiple times I have spoken to my manager and HR but the situation was same. All of sadden they invite me for a meeting and asked me to leave. When I have asked them for reason they said the position got redundant.
