2. Too much politics, Butt Licking and as people in leadership are pumped with Ego, they think very high of themselves as they haven't seen market outside from decades.
3. No Educational or carrier advancement aid provided by the company.
4. No Health Insurance for parents
5. No empathy or relationship building towards employee. Hence, Hiring all seasons you will see lots of people coming for interview daily. But, They won't value there internal talent. They don't care if you stay or leave.
