1. Not an employee centric company it's hard to grow here if you are someone who is constantly seeking for improvement and career growth. EXL is for someone who wants to settle in his life and is satisfied with compensation he is getting. Someone who doesn't want to take risk comfort for change. 2. Too much politics, Butt Licking and as people in leadership are pumped with Ego, they think very high of themselves as they haven't seen market outside from decades. 3. No Educational or carrier advancement aid provided by the company. 4. No Health Insurance for parents 5. No empathy or relationship building towards employee. Hence, Hiring all seasons you will see lots of people coming for interview daily. But, They won't value there internal talent. They don't care if you stay or leave.
