The technical support team are a nightmare and it is virtually impossible to get a functional laptop that doesn't crash. They will fill you day with administrative trivia rather than real work. Getting your expenses paid in full is an on going challenge. While bonuses are promised each year, they will do everything they can to minimize them. Good luck getting, even a cost of living, a pay increase. You are a widget as far as management is concerned.
