Pros
EXL offers very competitive compensation. If you put in the work and the time you will be rewarded. Sometimes it takes some time for things to actually make it through the process (too many processes IMO) but in the end what you receive is generous if deserved. As far as work/life balance I feel like it is respected and they work with you if you have things that crop up. As long as you get your work done you are able to juggle life's responsibilities. Things can get pretty busy but they are also cyclical, so you know when you may get a heavier workload. Its not so much as you're are regularly staying late/working extra.
Cons
At times the technological side of the business can be challenging. There are some roadblocks that happen when trying to get things done. To be fair, these challenges arise from being in a company that has so much sensitive information and it has to comply with the many regulations that come along with that.
