Compensation is slightly low it can be better

1. Transport facility is haywire! 2. Management seems to be non-existent when it comes to understanding the employees needs. 3. Rules and regulations are too stringent. Like : the non camera phone policy which boldly underlines the management's lack of trust on their employees. 4.Poor employee retention policies. 5. Poor compensation. 6. Outdated software. MS Office Excel is still used, instead of Sql which could have made life simpler and database better. 7. Higher management seems to lack " compassion" , and misunderstands the true meaning of professionalism!
