The workload is absurd no one on the floor i was working in managed to meet the metrics. Management decided to make the entire team work one hour extra each day, for the same payment, to compensate for this. The only manager on the site did not had any experience managing people, as such, he had preferences and persecuted people at his will, even had a romantic relationship with one people under his direct supervision. The training given is practically useless, as the same manager will teach you only one of the several carriers, there is no training curriculum, and when youre asked to handle other carriers, there is no guidance as it is expected for you to know how to handle it because "you have experience" The manager and VP constantly lie about the employees to other employees to unknown ends. There is no clear disciplinary process, a written warning can be given for any reason. The manager is a manchild who was an agent before being promoted to manager and openly expressed his dislike for two feminist employees on the basis of them being feminists, and the VP is a psychotic liar.

• Salary disputes - The idea of losing trust in your payroll because of constant dispute filing was demotivating. • No structure with their metric and incentive programs - Change is inevitable but month after month of metric and incentive revisions was actually wild (No documentation / memo to back it up too). • Favoritism and office politics - Like... what do you mean my TL (direct supervisor) declined my PTO request so THEY could take it for themselves and had the audacity to assign me their tasks (i.e, attendance checking, team support for escalations calls, AHT trend tracking and reporting)
