Pros

Smart people, want to make a difference for clients. Although a large organization, the company still has an entrepreneurial feel.

Cons

Founders and old relationships still rule the organization. Internal blockers to change continue to persist in a time of critical change. Some key leaders don't follow the core values of the organization and its employees and expect it will result in talent loss.

Pros

Employee centric, cares about employee work life balance, gives a lot of oppurtunities to improve, advance and to choose different processes and sub processes.

Cons

Very cost centric, tries too hard to optimise and reduce costs everywhere, on a wider platform. Takes a long time for employees to grow vertically or laterally. Some process specific line HR's do not make employees aware about different growth oppurtunities in the organisation.
