      They pay consultants well and you can get to learn basic data capabilities

      Pros

      Very nice co- workers. Very helpful.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. They bring in family friends and promote them over others. This is a Indian firm and they make it plain that they prefer their own, especially in positions of authority. I hope that the new administration makes it harder for firms like this take jobs from American workers.

      Pros

      Most projects have a great work life balance. Limited work load compared to other players in the industry Good onshore opportunities if one performs well and is really interested to work outside India. Young and non formal culture at work. Some people are great to work with, good number of folks from IIMs,IITs, NITs. However, they do not stay for long if not provided an onshore opportunity.

      Cons

      Too much hierarchy. A promotion does not mean much. Much more like a small increment. One happens to be doing the same thing even after 2 promotions. Not good for above consultant positions (Assistant Project Manager , Project Manager or upper level) as the senior management does not consist of very bright people. You will feel stuck.
