Pros
Minimal Supervision, job security. Once placed at client's site, you may find the work boring or interesting. However, the team that you work with are amazing, and even though challenging opportunities arise, everyone work as a team to achieve success. Benefits are decent, bonuses are average and promotions are given when client attainment is achieved and excellent work is done to increase resources at the client. Senior management is approachable.
Cons
You have to create your own direction. You are told nothing beyond the basic, anything else you need to know its like pulling teeth to get the information especially when it is beneficial to you.
