      Pros

      Flexibility of the firm is the only good thing. But that too is on case to case basis and requires building a relationship with the supervisor.

      Cons

      Very micro managerial attitude Opportunities of growth almost non-existent Management cries each year for salary hikes The Work is horrible, especially in the Business Travel -Advisory domain. It is reporting and hardly any consulting or exposure.

      Less salary favoritism nepotism you will feel that your in kolkatta to many bongs, manager are busy with starbuck coffee party and agent suffer.a lot ... Promise big thing and deliver less .... always saying one thing that they give job security . There is nothing for employee . most of the AM are from UP and kolkatta and believe me they are rude like hell . I felt like a bonded labor there
