      No long working hours, Easy environment to work, Subsidised food, Client Bonus, Retention Bonus etc.

      Pros

      Good Environment People are supportive and ready to listen to you. Flexible timings- No one cares when you come in and go Out until you finish your work First hand experience with a lot of Client contact. Good place to Learn

      Cons

      HR policies are bad. And are unwilling to change A lot of discrimination between IITians and the Rest. Their Flagship 4YBA Program is a mess, with low compensation. The worse part about their program is that your promotion is fixed! that means weather you work or not you all will get promoted together after 2 year. It takes out the enthusiasm that i required. If you are an IITian then you would be relaxed earning 60k a month for the same work for which the "Rest" are paid half.

      Pros

      The training experience is great. You get to learn a lot through the initial months of training. Also, there are diverse areas in which you can work.

      Cons

      Depends on the project teams you are assigned to. There are some colleagues who are not happy as they are not being assigned much work.
