Pros

Good environment for work, No pressure & No Pet animal feeling. Good to Start with this international BPO industry for new comer. Also Tension free life for Women to work.

Cons

Lots of Cost Cuttings, Appraisals are less & Salary Packages now are not good. also Great Business & Process previously handled elite is going back.

Pros

Difficult to find one! The systems/work/teams are choked for the lack of right management practices

Cons

1. performance management - the people who matter here, think on a completely different tangent; not good for any company that wants to nurture and grow good talent. Increments (and any incentives) are not aligned, strange notions on promotions 2. nobody understands that systems do not run people, it is people who create and run systems 3. no decision making attitude in the middle management - the organization has as big a role to play here as are the middle managers themselves
