      Well meaning people, however outdated systems and management thinking on developing/growing talent

      Difficult to find one! The systems/work/teams are choked for the lack of right management practices

      Cons

      1. performance management - the people who matter here, think on a completely different tangent; not good for any company that wants to nurture and grow good talent. Increments (and any incentives) are not aligned, strange notions on promotions 2. nobody understands that systems do not run people, it is people who create and run systems 3. no decision making attitude in the middle management - the organization has as big a role to play here as are the middle managers themselves

      Very, very low compensation for supervisors and middle managers. Senior leaders enjoy very good perks but is getting the chunk of the budget from the frontliners and middle managers Headset sharing for voice account (thumbs down for hygeine) Microsoft office 2003 (yuck) VP asked to take a cab Shuttle service used for accounts with past midnight shift are old jeepneys from Baclaran Security guards are gods

      My manager is pretty laid back and nice.

      Cons

      Management, Response time, and benefits are pretty expensive. No support in educational training for job related certifications.
