Expect a lot of payroll disputes almost every pay period or cut off even up to your backpay/final pay release. Payroll and HR will provide you inaccurate calculation of backpay. Be warned also to make a record or documentation of all assets you surrendered because later on, they might claim that you did not return it and will automatically deduct from your pay, They don't find ways to resolve those issues regarding payroll. Management is only good in micromanaging, also tend to hire and promote people who has no experience managing team nor have leadership skill. HR doesn't reply to request of Cert.of Employment/COE. Do not expect good salary increase even if you get promoted but you will be asked to handle a lot of responsibilities.
