      The pay was sufficient for the role compared to competitors.

      Cons

      Management changes and a company direction that did not make any sense. By the time I left the business revenue and footprint was cut by half. The upper management did not understand the business and made changes that drove employees away in droves. The best talent left for other jobs.

      Nothing comes to my mind. It’s a place that helps you pay the bills but not where you can make a career.

      Cons

      Low salary, very poor quality infrastructure- internal websites, laptop, VPN. , poor work life balance, limited growth opportunities, low quality work and lot of poor performers in every team. Very low standard. Very behind on new technologies like AI compared to the industry.
