      Significant training available and tools improved regularly.

      Cons

      Lack of support from management due to single minded focus on short term results. Frequent tools issues caused by implementation in live environment without sufficient review and testing.

      It is a data entry job. Not too hard to learn

      Cons

      This job does require you to be on phones. On the job application there was no mention of phones. I was only aware of it when I got an interview. Also this job has quotas. That also wasn’t mentioned on the job application nor interview. The quotas are achievable but if you’re not looking for a job with quotas that may be an issue.
