The company policy says management "leads from the front" and "sets the tone from the top." From what I have experienced, that means you can cuss your employees in front of their peers, you can be completely incompetent and get promoted...provided you're sleeping with the management. It also means that you'll be treated like a child regardless of your age, qualifications, or capabilities. Taskforce SAFE (AKA Taskforce POWER) is a joke and not worth the money, the time, or the effort. Regardless what the recruiters say, regardless what the job listing indicates, regardless of your experiences in the past...this place is the worst place I've even been (not Kuwait...but exp).

haven't had a raise in almost 3 years Canadian co-workers due to Canadian laws get more holidays and banked overtime for anytime worked over 40 hours. The company has taken away 3 US holidays since I started. Not always recognized for a job well done There is favoritism in the division that I work in
