      Pros

      - Flexibility to control the project since there's not much people involved. - Co-corkers are extremely nice and warm, very family alike environment. - People are willing to help and support. - Working hours are very flexible. - People give you chances to take charge of important things ( this helps you learn fast)

      Cons

      - Not many senior engineers in the team. - Higher position people are taking too much stress. - Lack of training plans. - No bonus. - Canadian corkers have much more vacations than American workers. ( which we only have 5-6 days a year)

      Pros

      The company has a number of experienced engineers who know how to apply their expertise to a variety of situations. The organization of the office makes it very easy to interact with upper level management. Benefits are average. Strategically, the company seems to be headed in the right direction, but there are still improvements to be made.

      Cons

      The culture in the office encourages you to meet but not exceed client expectations. Management does not push people to go the extra mile. Interdisciplinary communication was poor. There are few opportunities for career and technical development. Salary was below average. This was especially surprising because they are ranked so highly in the ENR 500.

      Pros

      Good people, good location, good company. Easy to get in contact with managers and ask questions. Managers are experienced and friendly. Half day fridays

      Cons

      Salary isn't always competitive with comparative positions in industry. However, they make up for it with flex hours and half day fridays.
