Under really high pressure, diamonds are made. You will get to learn a lot of things and yet you need to do that a lot faster in order to survive. Your base of the subject matter gets strong and you are trained to work under really high pressure and tight deadlines. You see the aggressive side of the corporate culture and it makes you fearless and prepares you for the worst. Trust me, after I left this company, I am pretty much not fraid of anything. And yes, you get recognized and rewarded most of the times.
