One will get the opportunity to work with smart and hardworking people. Projects are small and plenty . Good onsite opportunity . Its a great organisation to work if one wants to venture into different domain Also helpful a lot if MBA or Masters is your future plan.

Cons

If One is looking for good technology oriented work .This not the right place. Management is lacking if compared with other big 4s For some teams company does not spend that much on employee but completely depends on the team .
