Pros

You will definitely learn a lot, there are lots of learning programs offered by EY free of cost, but you need to take time out of your work and go register for them, this is the tricky part. EY is a great company and you will have the opportunity to see how the corporate looks like and functions. Do what you are told to do and you will have no problem. People from the foreign offices are a delight to work with. You will have a great future here if you really love doing tax returns.

Cons

Too much mental pressure. Saturday and Sundays are like weekdays. Very less motivation level. Don’t expect much and you will be fine. Management takes you for granted. Prejudice and less to no appreciation for your work. PMDP is not transparent. You will see your family very less during busy seasons, which is like forever.
