Pros

Salary is good, it is very easy to take leaves for vacation and for other reasons. Salary hike in each year is generally good if you are in a good project.

Cons

In some projects if not all, employees are compared with other employees within same team which is very demotivating and your point of view may not be listen. If company don't have relent projects for the skill set you are hired for, you may end up in a project that will not help you to grow in your carrier. Before joining EY make sure EY have enough projects for your skill set.

Benefits are decent compared to peers

Cons

Opportunities for growth are limited and moving between service lines is not as easy as you think (this is contrary to their recruitment schpeel). Get your desired base compensation before you sign the dotted line else you may have signers remorse when that big bonus does not come through
