Poor quality Engineering team in EY GDS

Decent Benefits Lots of learning platforms (but cant implement anywhere) high growth even during pandemic possible onsite opportunities but significantly reduced in the past 3-4 years

Cons

Lots of office politics especially in testing Promotions for only candidates of a certain state in south india which was recently divided Poor salaries for long term employees Culture has gone downhill since the Arun Batra(new GDS Partner) has come in Heavy dependence on onshore for projects
