Nothing Pros. that, I can think of mentioning here. As a employer they are just doing basic things that every employer should do.

Cons

1.) 9 hours/ day is official working hour. 2.) Not a good company for technology people. 3.) Transparency is zero. Even your manager is not sure sure about your ratings/promotions. May be they are trained to hide it. 4.) Policy change can happen any day without any communication. One day management sent email to all employee to work 10 hours per day for next 3 months and asked to cancel all planned leaves. 5.) Managers and senior managers are non technical guys. They think copy and paste in excel as a technical task and expect you to do the same.
