Very nice Company lot of learning Opportunities.. best leaders and managers beat HR policies. Bonus policies just too good. Flexible. Ideas are respected and allow for implementations. Overall Great place to work. Regular feedback connects helps to improve and grow.

Cons

None as of now. Ho yes please don’t join as a contractor you won’t enjoy all part of the EY . But no one treat you bad or anything as you are contractor. It’s same learning opportunities no differences from work or flexible perspective. But just the experience or feeling is different if you join as a perm Role…
