Pros

Make your own schedule. Benefits are ok. Easy work. Paid overtime is a possiblilty.

Cons

Pay is terrible, its pretty much criminal. If you're not a favorite, then advancement is difficult. A very young work force, you could have a higher rank and work under the lowest rank.

Pros

Great benefits and pay. Challenging work if you support the right Partners and Executive Directors.

Cons

CONSTANT change. Overworked employees. They push work/life balance but take personnel away and don't replace them. Someone has to do the work!
