Pros

Ability to work with the biggest clients in the industry. Room for growth and advancement. Very competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

The hours can be very tough. Work takes up most of your time, especially during the busy seasons. Some of the management style can start to wear on employees.

Pros

People friendly culture, open environment. Senior Management regularly seeks feedback from employees and does act on the improvement areas. Earlier the consulting practice was getting fragmented between different service lines, an issue which seems to getting addressed with some of the recent initiatives.

Cons

Salary levels for long time employees haven't been revised adequately creating a wide variance with employees who have been with the firm 5+ years and the new hires in the last couple of years, in many instances senior manager salaries are either lower or just higher by less than 5% of new MBA hires, considering the responsibilities of the two groups are completely different . Also health benefits seem pretty basic as compared to the competition.

Pros

Great place to be if you don't have friends, family or kids, you can definitely always move up within this company, because promotions are guaranteed as long as you put in the years.

Cons

No work life balance, in busy season all year round, damaging to health and relationships, pay barely covers rent, bonuses don't make much of a difference, constantly short on staff
