Too many to count. No training, backstabbing coworkers, no wlb. Oh and they will lay you off without warning or even a pip. This company literally crushed my dreams and made me second guess working in accounting.

1. Long Hours and Poor Work-Life Balance - You can only survive if you stripe in front of Clients and EY has a policy to only work for 8hours but no one bothered to follow it as I myself was so pressurized to work 12-15hours and weekends too. 2. High-Pressure Environment - Just do whatever its needs to be done and get it done is the statement they follow, if needed work at nights in the home and start your day early inorder to meet the clients requirements 3. Toxic Leadership and Poor Communication - Always there is a pressure to handle in house projects other than client facing projects, if you are not, you are dead. Even if you work 12hrs a day, they still expect you to work on their internal projects. 4. Lack of Growth and Development - For name sake, you will see fancy titles but they only pay peanuts for those big fancy titles in the name of promotions 5. Emotional and Mental Drain - This company only adds additional strain and disturbances in your family due improper work balance.
