Pros

There is a lot of great opportunity at EY, with clients and experts in every industry. It’s very possible to carve out your own career path, switch service lines and geographies, and build a professional reputation. The pay is good and benefits are excellent.

Cons

There is a lot of internal politics, rivalry, and layers of management. Even as EY advises executives on how to run companies, the firm’s own internal management is a mess. The internal technology stack is soul-sucking. The firm positions itself as a bold, innovative leader, but often its own house is a mess.

Pros

Some of the people are nice, most are not and backstabbers and highly vindictive, the competition is insane

Cons

Terribly unethical, culture is a mess after everest flop to split the business, nobody is happy trying to cover up $2B in wasted transaction costs for a horribly executed attempted transaction. Firm has the worst mangaement ive ever seen totally out of touch with the "peasant" staff
