Pros

-work experience -overtime sometimes -most people are nice -good name to have on your resume

Cons

If you value work/life balance this is not the place for you!!!! Most of the skills you learn at this job aren’t that transferable. The company tells you that you’ll be working 40 hours a week when you get your job offer, but it’s more like 50/60. Expect to work from 9-8!! Don’t let the sweet talk in their interviews fool you. They say the firm is “all about the people” but this company does not value its employees. They use recent college grads as a means to an end and work them to the bone until they burn out and quit.

Pros

- Big company with lots of global opportunities (pre-covid) - Pays well

Cons

- Change in PTO policy that takes away the ability take off without an approval process - They laid off people and called it performance based separations to avoid press
