      Good benefits if that is the only thing you are looking for. One can float by for a long time - which is why most of the people here that started their career and will end their career year. Average tenure is probably north of 20 years.

      Cons

      All talk. Mediocre talent. They will hire anyone that is willing to work for a regulated firm like this. They talk a lot but they don't do much. The accounting, tax and audit functions are are increasingly commoditizing and being automated. They treat people like fungible resources which makes sense given the nature of the work they perform which is all process and rules driven. They talk technology but have no idea what they are talking about - they think that by reading a book like they do with tax rules and is sufficient. Its not. There is a big difference between Product Managers, engineers, designers versus CPA's. The former requires thinking the latter requires reading and applying.
