      Pros

      The people are amazing -- even when there's a slump or the project isn't the greatest, the people make it all worth it. Great job if you don't know what you want to do coming out of undergrad. Gives you wide exposure and plenty of resources to jump-start your career.

      Cons

      As an incoming consultant, you don't get that much control over your utilization or what project you are on.

      Pros

      The quality of people they hire is second to none. The hire some very savvy technology people. They plan for the future. They have well thought out processes and procedures. The pay was reasonable for the work. I would definitely work for them again.

      Cons

      The commute to work was horrible, but that was offset by the ability to work remotely often.

      Pros

      There are some very smart people at the front of the helm. Also, technology is constantly being used in an attempt to make tedious jobs (there are may in the tax field) easier.

      Cons

      There is way too much expected from staff at the lower levels without proper training. They throw inexperienced people at you during the peak of tax season expecting us to be able to somehow get any value out of it. Without the luxury of being able to train the staff, they become more of a hindrance than a help (not their fault). This leads to HUGE issues that negatively affect every person in the office.
