      Pros

      Great benefits, access to lots of great wbl's, and other training. When you get to travel and attend networking events you will enjoy yourself and meet great people. The company itself has good values.

      Cons

      Training is good if and when you ever get to use it. They say they want to diversify and fairness but you still allow biases. You still pay below the minimum salary. You still are asking for degrees in the US when EY England is looking at Talent, Skills and fairness. The company values did not come to surface in my former practice until retention was really low.

      Pros

      The teamwork was amazing and the culture is definitely something i treasured.

      Cons

      IT Risk = auditing 100%. Risk Advisory is a misleading title. Almost zero "advising." Mostly just sit and copy/paste documents from an old file to the new template in place. If you know how to press control/command and either "v", or "c" you can do exceptionally well here.

      Pros

      The projects that are created have tremendous opportunities, and will stretch your knowledge of a facet of the financial services industry. Don't ever be afraid to engage clients directly, as they often share their perspectives on a solution.

      Cons

      The partnership has a number of partners who abuse their project teams,make vacuous promises, and create a poor environment for everyone who works on those engagements.
