      Pros

      If you work hard you can move up quickly. You learn a lot during a short amount of time. There is a good corporate culture. Many groups within EY have intelligent and good people to work with and for. You have to rearrange your personal schedule for client obligations, but there is a lot flexibility when your client schedule allows. There is a lot of vacation if you are able to take it. Compensation is very good.

      Cons

      If you are client serving, your #1 priority is the client and your work. This is over your own personal goals including your health, family obligations, personal relationships, etc. For example, if you are sick don't expect to be able to go to the doctor if you're expected to fly to a client. Don't make any personal plans that can't be broken if you plan to work here. You have to work over most vacations and holidays. This includes sometimes working during major holidays like Thanksgiving Day without much notice. You are on call 24 / 7.
