There are so many opportunities here at EY. As cliche as it seems, the sky is truly the limit. With excellent training, mentoring and vision, I highly recommend coming to this firm. I've joined the firm over a year ago and like any place you will encounter challenges, but overcoming those challenges and opportunities is what makes an individual grow. The teaming here is collaborative. Access to the leaders is easy and they are typically quick to respond to any issues. With its vast areas of practices including Tax, Assurance, Advisory, etc. you can create opportunities throughout the organization. It's also a firm that understands the importance to have a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Cons
Much like other organizations, at times certain issues can be political. There is a lot of promotions that take place, so having the same leader in the same area for a given time is unlikely. This can be somewhat disruptive, but in the end its due to growth and opportunity.
