Pros

Working at Ernst and Young Ltd has provided me with the most opportunities to enhance my professional career to date including travel, professional development and engagement opportunities. The leadership is steering the firm on the right path to sustained success.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy and red tape. Things don't always have to be done 'by the book' and it is counter-intuitive to promote outsire of the square thinking and dynamism on one hand, and rigid, antiquated policies and procedures on the other.
