Employee friendly policies on holidays, fixed working hours/shifts, subsidized cab service available

Cons

Work for graduates not very challenging. Higher Management hardly interacts with people at associate analyst and analyst positions, which are aware of ground realities of work but are not encouraged to participate in any decision making processes Supervisors hired with very low rung colleges/ poor quality work experience As a result, facing high attrition
