Pros

It's a good learning experience for young professionals. It's a give and take, you get the experience, but you will get worked. You will be exposed to really smart individuals and you also get to learn about the business.

Cons

one major downside is being overworked and underpaid, and work/life balance is not great.

Pros

good opportunties for travel, very flexible company, good group of people to work with. the work is varied and no working day can be considered the same. As an intern i was made very much part of the team and given assignments to complete as expected by an associate. Moreover, i was exposed to clients and client meetings from the outset and this also gave a great insight into what the professional services firm is all about and what what one may be expected to complete.

Cons

long hours are expected from junior staff with you being expected to travel alot to clients who may be closely situated or not so closely.
