      Beware of you're a person of color or woman, your career will be stalled, you will not advance or be given the same opportunities as your white counterpart and dismissed if you attempt to speak up for yourself.

      None. Not even decent pay.

      Cons

      No upward trajectory and no partner support. Very catty office culture. It's pretty much a frat. Do not recommend. I was given two engagements where I had no partner support, and just one manager. We collectively brought in a $50k write-up. Partner refused to give me a compensation increase and promotion that year. I was done. Never again.

      Look at mid size firms, run away from EY while you can!

      The only pro is being able to list it on your resume

      Cons

      -worked like a slave - no time to actually eat your dinner - everyone is trying to one up each other - your senior/staff 2 doesn’t really care - be prepared to have NO LIFE and work 80-90+ hours during busy season and not get appreciated - you will lose weight and start to hate life - you have to be totally punctual. If you show up at 9:07 because of traffic during busy season, be prepared to berated by your staff 2 - working here is like working at a sweat shop -in college it was my dream to work here but I instantly regretted it after I experienced EY HELL It’s sad but it was my reality
