Pros

Work/life balance (in CBS/Talent - not client serving), colleagues who care, great parental leave (16 weeks), great "extra" benefits such as counseling, fitness fund, summer/winter breaks, unlimited vacation

Cons

Very slow to change (due to large size and need for global alignment), lack of technology/tools, some leaders are great people-developers while others do not see the value in it - completely depends on the team you happen to be on, high stress for client servers, thankless/overlooked work if in CBS that is not recognized or rewarded by leadership, a lot of hurry up to roll out then pause and push later when the time comes, limited career advancement in CBS
