Pros

The graduate scheme isn't great, but its OK. Most did leave after the first year as there are much better options out there. In the year above me all the graduate left for other places leaving one member of that class there.

Cons

It is a social place, but not the best long term as a lot of the fellow colleagues can be incredibily intrusive and unprofessional. Majority the time they don't actually do work, so if you want to spend your time wisely look for a better firm to work for. On the outset EY do portray a great image especially for grads. HR and the recruitment team will sell the place to you, but once you work there you quickly realise its a pretty poorly structured organisation. I saw for myself how serious/top graduates were leaving. Clearly there is a problem. I think this place is good for students doing the apprenticeship but not good if you are a graduate straight out of uni. Those that remained on the grad scheme were mainly there for social/sucking up aspect. Depends what you want out of your career.
