Everything from the CEO and people to the wage/salary and benefits. I truly have nothing but great things to say about this company and everyone in it. The HR and Recruiting teams do a wonderful job of finding kind, smart, like-minded people. I’ve worked for some amazing companies, but EXLynx even puts them to shame. Lots of room for advancement and promotions, regardless of title and position. The CEO is probably one of the best human beings you’ll ever meet and they really strive to find the same in every candidate they choose to hire. I feel privileged to work here, especially given the hard times. I really look forward to growing within this company and making a difference.

Cons

Honestly, I can’t think of any. I had a hard time choosing my benefits because there were so many choices and they were all great in their own light...but that’s not a con at all. So, I’m sticking with my original answer of none.
