over worked, under staffed, under paid, a lot of empty promises from executives, disconnect between sales and implementation (sales is only interested in selling and not how it's going to be implemented), people in high positions are not helpful/knowledgable
CoWorkers are cool, we get a free catered lunch monthly, good xmas bonus,profit sharing,vacation time is decent,healthcare is ok, company functions are fun and the salary is decent.
Cons
Supervisors are LAZY. No company is perfect, each place you go there will be something. The dept is understaffed and inconsistent, the phone systems are crap, the software sucks and the leads are anything but actual leaders. No management skills, they barely know what they are doing, and just pure laziness. Training is a joke,honestly the entire dept needs to be revamped. You will stressed and annoyed.
