      Pros

      1. Has great values. 2. Cares for employees and extends a helping hand during crisis. 3. A product company. People can perform well if they understand the products better. 4. Salary paid is on par with the industrial standards. (Do not compare with people changing 2 jobs a year) 5. There is a good % of employees working since a long time in this company. Attrition rate is common everywhere. People quit managers and not companies.
